The booking form collects your name, contact details, device information, appointment choice and any notes you provide so the store can manage your repair request and contact you about it. An address may be requested for collection or mail-in options.

Booking data is stored in the store’s repair management system. Essential session cookies support booking security and remember your form session. Marketing consent is optional and separate from booking acceptance.

Do not include account passwords, device passcodes or payment card details in your notes. Contact your branch for privacy enquiries, access or correction requests and information about record retention and notification providers.
